In his inspiring speech, the respected Army Chief expressed a clear vision and sense of urgency for the project, stressing the importance of rapid progress while upholding exceptional quality standards. He highlighted the dual mission of AMCHC: to provide outstanding medical education for the students of the Army Medical College Chattogram (AMCC) and to offer comprehensive healthcare to the families of serving and retired military personnel.
